• Upon order confirmation for international shipments, you’ll receive an email with your order details. Once dispatched, another email updates you on its status and provides a unique tracking number. This lets you directly engage with DHL for delivery scheduling.
• A signature is mandatory upon receiving orders to ensure the order’s security and condition. Please note that orders won’t be left unattended at the specified address.
• Our delivery partners do not operate on weekends. For Friday deliveries in Dubai, place your order by 4 pm the preceding Thursday.
• We diligently work to deliver to the provided address. Still, we aren’t responsible for issues arising from incorrect data entry.
• Our standard UAE delivery timeframe is 1 to 3 business days, applicable to all orders.
• During holiday seasons (e.g., Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), expect additional processing days. Dubai and Abu Dhabi orders will take 2-4 business days beyond the public holiday period. For Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, it’s 3-4 business days.
