• Once we authorise a return, collection of the product will be between 7-10 business days.
• We cannot be held responsible for products lost during delivery.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• If purchased during a promotional offer, the refund will align with those terms. For bundle or “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offers, all items within the offer must be returned.
• Once we’ve received and inspected the returned product (usually 4-5 business days), refunds will be processed. It might then take an additional 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Sometimes, it may appear in your next billing cycle.
• If you’ve received a faulty or damaged product and decide to return your entire order, we’ll refund the full delivery charge. If you keep certain items, the delivery charge will be adjusted accordingly.
• Retain all outer and inner packaging if you aim to get a refund within our terms. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed without complete packaging.
• Refunds will be credited to the card you originally used for the purchase. Any free or discounted promotional products must also be returned. If the return doesn’t align with our policy, we might charge a restocking fee.
• All refunds will be issued via the original payment method, subject to our discretion.
